Sarah WolovickSarah Wolovick (nee Sirkis) peacefully passed away on April 16, 2020 at  the Saul and Claribel Simkin Centre  in Winnipeg  at the age of 93. The funeral took place at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery and via live streaming on April 19, 2020.

With heavy hearts we announce that Molly Lachter, our dear sweet mom, grandmother and mother-in-law, passed away peacefully December 12, 2019, with family by her side.
Molly will be sadly missed by her daughters, Marilyn, Carol and Lori, son-in-law Marty, and grandchildren, Mark (Julianna), Michael, and Ryan (Rena). She also leaves to mourn her sisters, Yetta, Clara; brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Annette; brother-in-law Jack, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Tybel and Beryl; husband Norman; son-in-laws, Murray and Darryl; sister Evie, and brother Norman.

SAM MINUK

Sam was born on June 19, 1947, and passed away on March 22, 2020.
He was predeceased by his parents, Max and Edith Minuk. He leaves to mourn his loss: brothers, Gary (Cheryl) and Yosel (Lindsay), sister Maureen Pollock, special friend Darlene Francis, and many nephews and nieces.

RIVKA SELCHEN

Rivka Selchen died peacefully in the embrace of her family on March 19, at the age of 95.
Rivka was born in Winnipeg on August 10, 1924, into a large Yiddish-speaking family. She was the seventh and youngest child of Abraham Israel and Fruma (Hertsman) Boroditsky. Throughout her life she remained deeply and lovingly involved with her siblings and three generations of their offspring.

morantzThe family of Pearl Morantz is sad to announce her passing on February 26, 2020. Pearl was born on March 21, 1938 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the daughter of Peter and Gertie Litman. Pearl is survived by her four children, Richard (Sheree), Martin (Lisa), Steven, and Susie (Evan) and six grandchildren, Ethan, Sean, Emily, Jeremy, Jacob and Zachary, her brother, Leslie (Carol) and sister, Judy.

Hudson Lezack left this Earth for a better place on February 7, 2020 He leaves his wife of 32 years Arleen and her children Leslie (Peter), Kristen and son Connor, Rabbi Avrohom (Dr. Rachel), Akiva, Liora and Aaron in Toronto, his brother-in-law Ross (Kathleen), Ilea, Heidi, and Harrison. Burial took place at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery.

Sylvia TopperOur deeply loved Sylvia Topper left us on the evening February 2nd, 2020, a few hours before her 77th birthday, eventually succumbing to the dementia that ate away at her personality for last six years of her life. Mourning their loss are her husband David, sons Steve (Hope) and Romi (Cathy), and granddaughter Alexis. Her siblings Judy (Mark), George (Janet), and many relatives, friends, and neighbours.
